The Husky ones were the first ones I saw, but every comparison review and Youtube video I've found says that the similar Yukon ones from Harbor Freight are better made, better finished, sturdier, and slightly cheaper.

That's a good point. With a moveable workbench, I can wheel it into the center of the garage when I'm working on something long, rather than relying on sawhorses or the like.

I have the US Genera Version of that tool chest and it is a very nice tool chest. The top is not very deep and you will likely find yourself wanting a larger space.
If it is loaded with tools while you can wheel it to the middle of the garage for larger projects you won’t want to after a few times and you will find it is a whole lot easier to set up saw horses.

I ended up pulling the casters and putting a 48” Tractor Supply underbody truck box on to to store my ammo in.

I have a craftsman workbench that has 5 drawers on the right and a large cabinet with a shelf on the left. The top is wood covered with a galvanized steel pan.
I put it on a riser so I could stand to work or use a stool.

That may be; but be sure you’re comparing the top-range Huskies with the Yukons, in steel gauge, drawer hardware, and the like.

I don't believe they were. They were comparing the $320ish (or less on sale) Yukons with the basic ~$350ish Huskys.

The ~$600 "heavy duty" industrial Husky you linked seems much beefier, as you'd expect for twice the price.

I would say that with the things you've mentioned you would do very well with the HF rolling workbench.

I had an earlier rolling cart from Harbor Freight and the weak point was the wheels, but I truly believe the current Yukon wheels are better than the US General entry line were. I ended up inheriting the Craftsman from my FIL when he went to assisted care.

I shall respect you until you open your mouth, from that point on, you must earn it yourself.
