relaxed CCW laws started last year.
and yes 10 round mags is all you can buy in Jersey..........for now.

tjctransporti looked at the 365 , and a few others too. but they are too small to fit comfortably in my big paws.
i paid for the M18 yesterday. $710 with 3 magazines. now just have to wait for the town to send purchase permit. should get it by friday.

We Californians are now allowed to purchase the M18 (civilian version), with a 10-round magazine limit. The trigger is surprisingly good. I am going to be carrying a 365--also newly permitted to Californians--but first need to be qualified with it to add it to my list of carry pistols on the CCW.
