DaBigBRIf you suffer from Crohn's in PA you can choose guns or medical marijuana. Not both.
The "town drunk" cannot legally own a firearm. The difference is that there's no prescription required to be addicted to alcohol and it is therefore harder to prove.

Also, one who is addicted must know they are addicted.
