I might (unlikely, but possible) need an FFL in St. Louis, MO that could handle a handgun shipment for me.

We have any members there that are FFLs and could do that for me?

Clubster is in West County. I haven't seen him post in a bit so I'm not sure if he's still active. If you let me know what part of STL, I can give you some names.

I guess not. Last post appears to be Jan. 6, 2015.

If nobody else pops up, perhaps I'll email him. (If the email address in his profile is still good.)

I've no idea. I'd prefer it be a SF member, anyway.

Thanks for the lead and the offer of help.

[email address elided]

You might want to consider deleting that in your post. Spammer bots can scan it out of regular posts, whereas it's somewhat protected in his profile.

But thanks, nonetheless Smile

Well, it didn't bounce. But neither did I get an answer. (Emailed him at 6 p.m., ET, yesterday.)

I will, if I hear back from him.

I don't think I'll be needing his services, in any event.

I was looking at a used P229 in .40 S&W that's in very nice condition and may go very cheaply. But the seller isn't answering "Ask Seller a Question" messages (twice w/in the last 24 hours), doesn't have much of a selling record, no buying record at all, and, upon reflection, the description is ringing mild alarm bells. Too many negatives for something I don't actually need.

(Maybe the seller's just kind of dim, but is it not written that "A Sufficient Level Of Stupidity is Indistinguishable From Malice.")

Erick85: I'm going to email you on this.
The guy I used to use is no longer available.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Email me if a guy over the JB Bridge in Illinois (across from South County) would work.

I can point you to a couple of good places if you're in the West County, St. Charles area.
