ETA - If anybody 'should' be sued here, it's the LE Agency that sat around for an hour and refused to enter/take out the gunman! Not doing so increased the number innocent lives lost in Uvalde that day!

Is this lawsuit attempting to hinge their argument on advertisements supposedly directed at children? I can't think of a single Daniel Defense advertisement that had children in it...are they going to say colorizing the rifle in bright or, cartoonish colors is tantamount to attracting children?
