Joe Biden hasn't pardoned anyone. He doesn't even know what day it is. These pardons were granted by members of his administration, using an autopen to forge his signature. From its inception and all throughout, the Biden administration has been and is a complete fraud. No decisions were made by President Two Scoops, not a single one in all the years he is supposed to have been POTUS. All of his tweets, all communications on social media, emanate from a twenty-something leftist girl. That's not an exaggeration; that's a fact. Stop saying Biden did this or Biden did that, because he is nothing more than a sock puppet, an empty shell, a clueless, mindless, jackass doddering old bastard figurehead. This message has been edited. The only thing I can think of that he has done on his own is clean out the ice cream fridge at the White House.

How can anything signed that way be binding. If Biden didn’t actually sign it, is it law/binding? You’re a lying dog-faced pony soldier

That's an excellent question, and I'll wager that this is on the minds of some people who will be in a position after 1/20/2025 to investigate the matter.

So none of the pardons will happen. I hope This appears to be some criminal conduct and a full investigation should happen. Good grief what else is going on there in the back offices? _______________ NRA Life Member

Every decision this asshole ever made since getting in the White House has been made by his handlers. The country has been run by his unelected masters the last 4 years. Just sickening. January 20th cannot be here soon enough. Q

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should |
The unpredictability of who will be making those calls is what scares the crap out of all those insider establishment/uniparty folks of the government. I really think there will be some attempts by those insiders to reestablish some sort of control and there could be some serious diversions as we get closer to January 20. Fasten your seat-belts. ___________________________ Avoid buying ChiCom/CCP products whenever possible.

^^^ 100% truth! I said in an earlier post, Droolin Joe is wandering around the White House somewhere. Every once and awhile, some maid/janitor/USSS agent feels sorry for the old bastard and shuffles him back to his room, maby gets his depends changed too. The Dems are waiting for Trump to take over so they can at least roll old Joey out to pasture / stick him in a corner in his brand new wheelchair so he disappears. After that, we won't be hearing much from or about him. Between last year and now, the same person(s) have been in charge. And it AINT Droolin Joe or The Ho. ______________________________________________________________________ "When its time to shoot, shoot. It took me awhile to understand what “pardon” really means to the 37 on death row. I thought they were to be getting out when i saw all the news snippets. Whats really happening is they are being pardoned off death row to serve out a life sentence. Yes anything is possible that in the future one might actually get out but from whats reported is thats not likely.

According to Grok, the spectrum of possibilities is broader than that: When a federal prisoner's death sentence is commuted, several outcomes are possible depending on the terms of the commutation: 1. Life Imprisonment Without Parole: Often, commutation of a death sentence results in the sentence being changed to life in prison without the possibility of parole. This means the prisoner will spend the rest of their natural life in prison. 2. Life Imprisonment With Parole Eligibility: In some cases, the commutation might allow for the possibility of parole after serving a certain number of years. This does not guarantee parole, but it provides an opportunity for the prisoner to make parole board applications at some point in the future. 3. Reduced Sentence: Though less common for death penalty commutations, the sentence might be reduced to a specific number of years. After serving this time, the prisoner could be eligible for release, assuming they meet the conditions set for parole or good behavior. 4. Special Conditions: Sometimes, specific conditions might be attached to the commutation. These could include requirements like serving a minimum number of years, engaging in certain rehabilitation programs, or maintaining good behavior. Commutations can be granted by various authorities, including: After commutation, the prisoner would typically be transferred from death row to another part of the prison system, often to a facility where they would serve their new sentence. They would no longer be under the conditions associated with death row, like solitary confinement, but would still be subject to the general prison regulations and security measures. Keep in mind that the specifics can vary based on the legal framework at the time of the commutation, the nature of the crime, the prisoner's behavior, and other factors.

Even so you may be missing the more important point. This is the equivalent of tying up the victim's families and friends, and punching them right in the gut, and telling them they're just pieces of shit, and all they went through to see the perpetrators to death row was all for naught. I can't think of a worse insult and injury to a victim's family than this. Lover of the US Constitution Wile E. Coyote School of DIY Disaster

Pertaining to the autopen question, I heard someone talking about this on Fox and they said they were going to look into it and the validity of everything that got signed that way.

I think it's fair to say this is nothing new either, right? I wonder how long, if at all, this puppet was fully under the control of others. Although I suppose there is little reason to believe he wasn't under the control of others prior to his debilitating dementia.

It has been Osama Obama's third term all these past four years. Biden has been a mental midget and figurehead all along.

Did you read the recent WSJ article? It's plenty clear decisions were made without much of his input or, even discussion. He was good for maybe 2-3 hours of actual presidential work, split that total time between naps, meals and walks; most of his 'work' was spent memorizing lines and responses for upcoming appearances. He is a functioning vegetable, needing to be handheld, guided and herded along every-single-day. His cabinet had a distant relationship with him, they functioned as autonomous entities with little guidance and direction other than missives from the Executive branch. A meeting with him would be a simple mention of what they were doing, if he pushed back they could badger him for an approval and he'd just nod in agreement like most seniors in decline. Each department did their own thing, implemented their own policy, if they got called to the hill they would lawyer-up and obfuscate to protect Biden. While not a rosy picture, I have to think that the actual picture is much more desperate and dark. His staff, namely Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, senior council Steve Ricchetti, advisors John Anzalone, Mike Donilon, Mitch Landrieu and John Podesta, aides Annie Tomasini, Ashley Williams, former chief of staff Ron Klain and current CoS Jeff Zients, along with his deputy Natalie Quinllian are the main players in this charade, this shadow government. This is a who's who in how Biden 'made decisions'. Know doubt, post election, they prioritized what they could get done or, get away with. Know these names, these are the people who had the keys to the kingdom, the gate keepers to the presidential signature.

He has vacationed. A lot. 570 vacation days. 1438 days in office. 40% of his time has been on vacation. That’s four out of ten days. Even my current job, which is pretty simple, (nothing compared to running The United States of America) I could not do to an acceptable standard if I was there 4/10 days. The “lol” thread
