The problem is that in most cases it's factually incorrect. It suggests that someone crossing the border illegally is committing a felony. While is some cases that might be correct (multiple offences), in most cases, it isn't. A first time offender isn't even committing a misdemeanor, it below that. It's an administrative infraction (think legal equivalent of a parking ticket.)

Now, my reasoning is a little bit tongue in cheek above. This isn't about caving to the left's demands it's about more finely defining these people, in such a way as the left can't protest and I personally think it sounds better for our purposes.

I hadn't heard this, learned a new word. I'm just guessing that, like the n-word, only the chosen get to use the m-word. I use it, I get cut.

This refugee description that allows a person to enter this country needs to be scratched!
Most of these people are instructed what to say
that gains them admittance. They don't have to climb a fence, just enter at any crossing point.
And stop posting temporary national guardsmen that are unarmed and without the authority to detain anyone with two regular army devisions
locked and loaded.
A national emergency needs to be declared and then use our regular military.
At that point these people looking for paradise will turn around and go home__or settle in Mexico.
Then they're Mexico's problem.
Stay safe

We can always change the law.
And should. And while we are at it, we should also change the law that prevents us from just pushing the invaders back over the line when they breach the border and set foot here--as it stands now, gaining entrance automatically then requires action by a judge to evict (deport) them.
