Gas mileage and travel and creature comfort mostly. I have pickups for homestead work duty. Also if I go off road it is for a purpose such as hunting or resource gathering.

Nooo! I love that little shelf. Great place for your phone and charging cable, and all the random stuff that somehow accumulates in my car.

This guy on YouTube does a good job of critiquing mostly Toyota and Lexus models.

NADA is about $42,500. Take a look at cars.com for comparable Highlanders

With 60k miles that is doable, Not with 10k.
Also if after the FWD model then yes, AWD no.

I had been thinking about this one. Nice clean appearance. Seemed to have good reviews and the install looked pretty easy. And on sale today for $ 136.

Are you providing the dash camera or is the dealership? Depending on the installation method the install takes about 5 minutes so if you are providing then the cost should be $75 or less. If they are hardwiring coming off the switch then the install is going to be more. Check out
https://dongar.tech/ As they make plug and play adapters.

I would recommend this being done by a reputable car stereo shop. Not all mechanics will understand the finer details of a custom AV install.

I've installed a Thinkware dual dashcam and a hardwired radar with remote control in my wife's niece's Highlander. It was either a 2020 or 2021 XLE. Took me a little over 2 hrs. Everything was hardwired, panels and trim pulled to run wires correctly, and Tesla taped as needed in high friction/vibration areas. Wires were routed and secured correctly as to not impede the A pillar airbag. All to often I see home and a few professional installs just tucking the wires under trim to avoid removing the A pillar trim. This is just lazy as removing the trim take just about a minute once you understand how the lower fastener needs to be manipulate. Also, the rear camera cable was run through the factory tailgate boot to mount the camera on the tailgate glass.

Front camera should take an hour or less install time. The rear should take another 30-45 mins if they have the correct wire fishing tools and wire lube for the factor wire boot.

She will be in town this weekend if you want me to take some photos.
