Amazon Prime video app won't open/shuts down

App starts to open then shuts down.

On wifi

Old ipad mini (2012)

IOS 9.3.6

Any suggestions?

Not sure if related, but prime was having issues yesterday, seems on tod.

Completely shit down your iPad and restart iPad and then the app. May be your iPad’s cache is full.
