On the boat I run I use a product called Clear Glass. It works great.
I put it on my truck an did not like it.
On my vehicles I use a polish called Aqua Tech Water Spot Remover followed by Rain X. I also use Bosch wiper blades that I make sure to clean when washing my truck.
I wouldn’t let steel wool within 100 yards of any of my vehicles or 100 miles of the boat I run.

I just wax my windshield and it does the same as Rain-X. God Bless Smile

Do your wipers “chatter” on that waxed windshield?

Salt, pepper and garlic powder for spices. I add Worcestershire and shallot as well. Plenty of moisture and super tasty.

I just use whatever buffing compound I have on hand to do windows with.

There are specific compounds and sealers for glass but I don't get too wild with it.

I have Simple Green that I use to clean before and after.
Makes for a nice water break free surface.

I just replaced the wipers and cleaned the windshield on mine.
Now I gotta do the rest as the spots are really noticable and bugging me.

I'm currently trying gtechniq G1/G2 with final coating of G5. It's a bit of work and can't be done in the cold. I applied in Sept 2022, and seems to be lasting. I went this route for better slow speed sheading because wife mainly drives in town.
