I know the question comes up quite frequently so I thought I’d share where I bought my last two. I’ve used the cheap $50 ones off Amazon and also bought a $200 Street Guardian SG9665GC (which stopped working after two years). I decided to upgrade a while back so I bought two of the Thinkware cameras from the place below and they have been great (FA200 and Q800). I got ones with front and rear and paid a little more for them and added the GPS module to the FA200. I figure some day they may save me money proving I wasn’t at fault in an accident.
