I wholeheartedly agree with everything in this statement. I played football in HS and received a horrible TBI (military). Not once have I raised a hand to any female (or anyone for that matter) in violent fit of rage. This is all culture. Thug life indeed! He'll play victim though (big bad white man kept him down and used him like a slave playing foosball which gave him bad concussions) and likely will serve very little time as a result. Hell, he might even go so far as to say she's white and deserved it because the color of her skin was making him feel unsafe

We'll see if the NFL has learned anything since the Ray Rice incident and Rueben Foster.

No I cannot buy that. Many of our service members have had TBIs and they are not slamming people into bounce walls. This guy has an Impulse Control Disorder. CTE is quite a different matter.

You don’t think that a few former service members have ever beaten a women? We had a guy in our platoon that beat his wife and he was a radio repairman who never left the states. Plenty of service members have committed plenty of crimes, including domestic abuse, and for plenty of reasons.

I’m no expert but I’d say there are a multitude of factors that lead to this event.

No excuses from me. Any man that abuses a woman, well, isn’t a man.

Certainly bad optics to be on video keeping the pimp hand strong. I'm guessing this guy wasn't the picture of restraint right up to the moment he bounced the chick around...probably been a dangerous asshole for some time.
