A new one for me - a lockable gun safe in my rental car!!!
With hundreds of rentals from Hertz and Enterprise, this is a first. I picked up a newish 4Runner from Dallas Love Field. I went to find the plug in power charger and discovered a combo safe locker in the center arm console.

I'm in Texas - I can only assume the dealer that sold the truck to Enterprise had outfitted with the safe.

Kinda cool. Too bad my employer doesn't allow CCW.....and I'm from communist California.

Coworker's new Tundra has one too.
Dealer option, Ford has it too.
