His brother the now-King has had it out for this guy for a very long time and now he conveniently gets to get rid of him.
[sarc]I'm sure he had NOTHING to do with all this[/sarc off]

There is room enough for just one serious perv in the Royal Family and the King has decided it is him…

This could also serve as a message to white, native Brits, if an (ex)royal can be arrested, mind your social media comments. Submit.

He was arrested for improper disclosure of "State Secrets", not for sticking his scepter where it shouldn't go.
Side note - Some Brit commentator was on Fox saying how she wouldn't be surprised if this led to Charles abdicating. Not quite sure how she got there, seems like a bit of a stretch but evidently public opinion favors Prince William ascending sooner rather than later.
What part of "...Shall not be infringed" don't you understand???

Just like the Treasury Dept went after Capone for not paying taxes. A conviction is a conviction. This also gives Andrew a bit of face-saving. There now won't be testimonies from the victims.
Happy B-day, Andy. I got you a spotted dick from the jail cafeteria. Cheers, mate.

The explanation I heard was that he's being prosecuted for disclosing some sort of insider info a business would value, to Epstein. Was it voluntary, to make Andrew money, or was it because Epstein had the goods on him and blackmailing him, who knows at this point.

Showing Harry what they are capable of. I really think The Palace wants him to come crawling back.

I wonder what kind of files MI-5 keeps on the royals. I’m sure they’d make for some interesting reading.
