NYC: Illegal Arrested in Cop Beating Arrested Again in Macy’s Robbery

https://nationalfile.com/nyc-i...in-in-macys-robbery/

One of the many violent criminals bused into New York City from the Southern Border has been arrested for a 'coordinated robbery' of Macy's, after being let out of jail on charges of attacking a police officer with a mob of illegals.

One of the illegal aliens who was let out of jail with no bail after taking part in a brutal, caught-on-video mob attack against the NYPD in Times Square has been arrested once again, this time for the “coordinated robbery” of a Macy’s store in Queens that included an attack against the store’s security officer.
The illegal alien has been identified as Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, a 19-year-old who was brought into New York City from the southern border, along with thousands of other illegals who are being housed in luxury hotels and are even taking up residence in public schools, all at the expense of the taxpayers.

We need to send them more. 300,000 per month dropped on their steps should hurt them

In all honesty, and political stunts aside. It's actually the best practice. The people of Texas mostly, but also AZ, NM, and CA can't afford to be the only ones to absorb the costs if the administration fails to enforce the law.

The wise thing would be to distribute them to large cities who both support illegal immigration and have deeper pockets. Heck even the Biden administration was doing it until they got caught on camera delivering illegals to airports in the dead of night.

Untill the executive orders are reversed keep spreading them across the cities that want to support and pay for the illegals, it's the most reasonable option.

Yup. Just keep arresting them and putting them right back on the street again, while spending taxpayer money to house, feed, and cloth them. That should solve the problem! Roll Eyes

First, the biden admin is still distributing "immigrants", people are crossing the border and .gov is paying NGO's to move them throughout the country. Second, the wise thing to do is deport them.

While the flight of US citizens from big blue cities decreases their influence, we're replacing them with illegals...
"We" need to be careful what we wish for.
While these "migrants" cant "yet" vote(which is arguable given "motor voter" laws), they are still counted in the census. For congressional apportionment purposes "they" get to keep representatives and electoral votes they otherwise wouldn't have had, had those people never been allowed into the country.

Edit:
CA has ELEVEN (11) extra congressional seats due to the presence of illegal immigrants in the state being counted for apportionment.

Massachusetts couple with family of four migrants staying in their home say they showed up an HOUR after they offered to open their doors

A Massachusetts couple sympathetic to the plight of illegal migrant families who have settled in their state, offered to host some of them at their house.

The situation has become so dire in the Boston-area that it was less than an hour between the time Jessica and Colin Stokes called the state to sign up to be a host family and the time four migrants arrived at their doorstep.

As is the case in many metro-areas where tens of thousands of migrants have been bused, shelters and even makeshift shelters are completely at capacity.

They say it's working out great. Super. Sounds like everyone involved is quite lucky, especially the homeowners, because they took in people who might have stolen everything in the house the first chance they got.

If this kind of thing becomes trendy among liberal idiots, you can count on hearing some horror stories, including rape, murder, arson, theft, you name it.

Yes, this is very cynical. You what else it is? It's the Goddamned truth, that's what it is.

It actually used to work that way and it was a good thing. My family when they came over were required to have a sponsor and a job in advance before they were allowed in.

Just build a wall, then let them apply for admittance. Got family and a job? Come on in.

Wondering in here from every nation on the planet because we don't enforce our borders? Fuck off, fill out the paperwork and get in line.

They will wait until they are forced to leave, THEN they will steal everything of value on the way out the door. And the homeowners WILL consider themselves lucky to still be alive, IF they're alive enough to tell the story. Stupid people, they are soooooo virtuous, and gloriously stupid.

Cant these "immigrants" you take into your home invoke some kind of squatters rights claim to stay there permanently? Seems like there have been a lot of news stories about how difficult it is to evict a squatter.

Even if it a frivolous lawsuit there are probably expenses involved for the real residents.

A number of years ago one of our daughters and now ex S-I-L moved in with us temporarily. Suddenly we started getting mail for S-I-L’s couch surfing father. I found out when the S-I-L missed a letter for his old man that was from some out of state court. To say the least the SHTF immediately over that and the S-I-L was told that better get fixed right away.

Seems that daddy had been using their previous address as his declared residence had they both assumed incorrectly we’d allow the same here.

NYC mayor questioned over luxury apartments for immigrants

https://www.washingtonexaminer...ents-for-immigrants/

New York City Mayor Eric Adams was questioned and criticized on Sunday about a plan to house illegal immigrants in apartments with a swimming pool and marble bathrooms.

The plan would see immigrants housed in what Spectrum News described as an “unused luxury apartment building” at 2201 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd., which upset some attendees of a community forum in Harlem.

Two people had to be escorted out of the meeting as tensions ran high, and some community members brought signs with slogans such as, “Millions on migrants. What about youth programs?”

“We already have a homeless shelter,” Tyrone Ball of Harlem told Spectrum News. “You go outside this building, there is a huge shelter and another shelter up the block beyond that. We don’t need another one.”

New York Migrants Receiving Cash Welfare Payments After Quiet Rule Change

https://www.breitbart.com/immi...s-quiet-rule-change/

The Democrat-controlled state of New York has been quietly handing out cash payments to thousands of migrants under a rule change qualifying non-citizens for welfare.

Gov. Kathy Hochul’s Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) modified its Safety Net Assistance (SNA) program’s parameters in 2023, making migrants who have filled out asylum application forms eligible to receive even more taxpayer dollars.

A memo quietly sent out to New York welfare office workers from the Hochul administration on May 12, 2023, carefully revised the standards needed to qualify for SNA, expanding them to include “non-citizens who are considered permanently residing under color of law (PRUCOL).”

“PRUCOL is not an immigration status, but a public benefit category used by OTDA for the purposes of Safety Net Assistance (SNA) eligibility,” the memo reads, before listing the several different kinds of immigration documentation SNA providers should accept from migrants.

SNA is a program that provides cash assistance to eligible needy individuals and families who do not typically qualify for other forms of welfare, including single adults, childless couples, children who do not live with adult relatives, and families of drug or alcohol abusers.

“Generally, you can receive cash SNA for a maximum of two years in a lifetime,” OTDA said. “After that, if you are eligible for SNA, it is provided in non-cash form, such as a payment made directly to your landlord or voucher sent directly to your utility company.”

It is believed that about ten percent of New York’s migrants will receive (or are already receiving) the additional cash benefits from SNA; however, the OTDA did not release actual numbers of migrants affected by the rule change, the New York Post reported.

Over 173,000 migrants have poured into New York City alone since the spring of 2022, so it is possible that more than 17,000 could be receiving SNA benefits just in the city.

According to ODTA spokesman Anthony Farmer, the SNA migrant payments are only a “small portion” of the $4.3 billion in taxpayer funds already earmarked by Hochul for dealing with the migrant crisis “in the absence of new federal aid.”

“At the request of New York City, OTDA made a technical update to allow a small percentage of migrants to receive certain additional support in compliance with state and federal law,” he said.

The welfare expansion has been lambasted by both Republicans and Democrats.

According to Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), it’s “horrible that Gov. Hochul found another way to attract migrants” to the state while “putting the squeeze” on middle- and lower-income New Yorkers who don’t want their tax dollars going to this.

“You have people from all over the world coming to New York to take advantage of all these left-wing programs the governor, the mayor are implementing, while at the same time, they’re clobbering taxpayers over the head,” she told the Post. “[Safety Net Assistance] is a program that’s supposed to be for New Yorkers who temporarily need it to get through a difficult time in their lives.”

City Councilman Robert Holden (D) agreed, saying, “The endless handouts to the entire world are a slap in the face to every citizen who has contributed to and sacrificed for this country.”

“It’s time to end this madness,” he added.

Hochul spokesman Avi Small blamed the migrant crisis on Republicans.

“There’s no secret here,” he said. “Because the MAGA right killed a bipartisan deal that would have allowed President Biden to shut down the border, New York State will be forced to shoulder this burden alone and spend additional taxpayer funds on the migrant crisis.”

The revelation of this drastic rule change comes after NYC Mayor Eric Adams came under fire earlier this month for his plan to distribute $53 million to migrants in the form of pre-paid credit cards.

Can y'all explain something to me I'm confused about. The Mayor and governor both say there's a crisis right? At the same time they are giving illegal aliens money, food, housing, and health care. Why are they confused that the illegals are flowing there? How can they offer them wads of cash then blame Abbott and Trump, two people that are not setting national immigration policies or doing anything to entice them to come to our country.

Are they seriously that stupid? It's like handing out crack and then complaining about the numbers of crack heads.

They’re not stupid. They’re cowards. They don’t have the courage to do what’s right. It’s easier to give in.
