CO RedFlag law abuse - Susan Holmes arrested during live YouTube interview

She swore under oath she had a child with a police officer. The officer was involved with her adult son pulling a knife and he shot in self defense.

First, this guy is kinda wacked... I think he's some sort of conspiracy nut.

That said, he was live-streaming with her and the police broke in and arrested her for violating the Red Flag law by claiming she had a "son with the officer".

Good.

I hope the Colorado judiciary seeks the maximum sentence of incarceration on the perjury charge, but agrees to it being suspended conditional on her completing an involuntary in-patient treatment program for PTSD, followed by a lifetime of outpatient therapy and supervised probation.

I would also hope the officer's record is completely cleared of his being the subject of an ERPO, but given the digital age we are in, that won't happen.

This shit makes my blood boil. And this was a cop; imagine if it was Joe Blow down the street. It would be a lot slower process to get their good name cleared. Knowing the leftist media, they won’t be scrubbing or updating the original report either.

Anybody that uses red flag laws to target an innocent person needs to be jailed for REAL. No bond until their court date and real jail time for the perjury charge. Ruin THEIR life. It won’t happen in leftist controlled areas though. They might carry a conviction but their time in jail will be limited to the booking process until they bond out.

Well since the right to keep and bear arms is a Constitutionally guaranteed civil right, perhaps these lying filth could be charged Federally with civil rights violations. Just a thought.
