Well you'll have to hire people to administer this money etc, such employees at 100 grand or more a year, offices, suites of offices, equipment, cars (only the best), benefits for the employees, (weeksoff,vacations,retirement, bonuses for doing nothing) etc. Hell it wouldn't take long in NYC to burn through that kind of money.
