I got to name him, and my wife named Sebastian. I named him after my childhood hero. Unfortunately my MacGyver was not as bright as the fictional character but what he lacked in brains he made up for in sweetness. I really miss him a lot.

I really do appreciate all the warm thoughts and condolences - it really does help! I’m still super sad but have been able to look at pictures today and smile fondly instead of immediately tearing up. Hearing you all share about your fur babies really does help so thanks. I think we all look forward to seeing our fur babies again some day.
