I have watched some of her videos. She has done a few about food myths. Interesting stuff.

I have based some of the recipes on hers and on Dr. Francs Cabana.

While my recipes might not be totally balanced and complete, they are darn close, and they are more of a supplement to the raw BLT + bone which is close to balanced and complete. So between the two, and the "extras" that are given at meal time, I feel I'm covering everything. The pups blood work and check-ups kind of prove it.

Cooked lamb recipe

3 pounds of the lamb raw mixture
large sweet potato chopped
3 large carrots chopped
3 ribs of celery chopped
1 bunch of Kale chopped
1 bunch of mustard greens chopped
1 bunch of parsley chopped
1 bunch of cilantro chopped
1 to 3 beets chopped
16oz mushrooms chopped
2 8oz can Oysters
1 can of salmon
1 can of mackerel
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup hemp hearts
3/8 cup quinoa
2 tablespoons of black pepper
2 tablespoons of Cinnamon
2 tablespoons of turmeric
2 tablespoons of kelp power
2 tablespoons of garlic paste ( yes, garlic IS SAFE in small quantities for dogs, and have the same health benefits, plus bugs repellency ie. fleas and ticks )
4 to 6 eggs depending on size

In instant pot add vegetables and 2 cups of water or bone broth. On high pressure cook for 2.5 to 5 minutes, natural release. With stick blinder break down about 60% more or less.

Add meat, except for the canned fish, eggs.

Cook 5 minutes, natural release mix well and add the fish, eggs.

Again I take all the stems and leaves and blend them and pour over the food raw.

Serving 8oz twice a day for 50 pounds dog lasts about a week give or take.

An average breakfast is 6oz of Midwest Legacy Beef BLT, 2oz of one of the cooked recipes and some Goats Milk and/or kefir poured into the bowl, with some blue berries and baby carrots.

Dinner maybe 4 or 5oz of BLT 2oz of one of the cooked recipes a raw egg, and split a can of sardines between the two. Some berries and Goats Milk and maybe some kefir.

The boys birthday day is coming up, and they'll get some pupcake after dinner.

( yes, I have a couple of dog friendly dessert recipes to )

I might have to check that book out.

Another couple of resources I use is Dr. Judy Morgan and Paws of Pray YouTube channel.

Paws of Pray really helped me get over the fears of raw feeding, and gave me a lot of information.
