A truly horrible bill. Reading the details makes it even worse. I don't see how giving Medicaid more money is going to do anything except enrich some profiteers. I am sure that the private sector could do much better. I won't even comment on the rest.

I see numerous pockets being lined with crap loads of money wasted and nothing changing.

One question though. Are not straw purchases already illegal? Is it now double illegal?
