Idiots McKinsey ends work with ICE amid furor over immigration policy McKinsey & Company has stopped working for Immigration and Customs Enforcement after the disclosure last month that the firm had done more than $20 million in consulting work for the agency. McKinsey’s decision was conveyed in a note from the firm’s new managing partner, Kevin Sneader, to former employees. He said the contract, which was not widely known within the company until The New York Times reported it in June, had “rightly raised” concerns. **** I'm patiently waiting for them to announce their ending business with the Fed Gov't, DoD, Defense contractors, etc... I'd hate to be a partner or in sales in that vertical. If I was Trump, I'd cancel all contracts across the board with McKinsey. And I'd put a crap-ton of pressure on Military contractors to do the same. Hedley Lamarr: Wait, wait, wait. I'm unarmed. Bart: Alright, we'll settle this like men, with our fists. Hedley Lamarr: Sorry, I just remembered . . . I am armed.

These agencies are a dime a dozen. Let them walk away.

They are fucking worthless anyway. A bunch of overpaid stiffs show up to 'fix' your problems, charge you a bunch of money, tell you what to do, then leave.

So the new lib-in-charge wants his company to earn $20M less, is that correct? Very astute.

So you're terminating your contract because ICE is doing their job. What exactly was ICE doing that you were happy to have a contract with them? “The urge to save humanity is almost always only a false-face for the urge to rule it.”—H.L. Mencken

All those big consulting firms are self licking ice cream cones.

That ain't happening. As for $20M, that's not a lot of money. If hey stop all federal Contracting it might cost them a couple of hundred million dollars. If they did that I'd have more respect for them. Right now they're just a bunch of sjw virtue signaling assholes. I have a slightly different perspective. I used to work for a very large consulting firm. It was always amazing to me how many companies are too lazy, stupid and/or gutless to make hard decisions. So, they pay exorbitant fees to consulting firms to do the work for them. _____________________________________________________________________ “One of the common failings among honorable people is a failure to appreciate how thoroughly dishonorable some other people can be, and how dangerous it is to trust them.” – Thomas Sowell
