dwright1951Why couldn't he have done this before all the money was wasted for his trial, etc. I still believe in the old eye for an eye. If someone kills someone they should be killed in return. It also lowers the prison population and the taxpayers burden. I know that won't happen too many lawyers making too much money on the endless appeals for these scumbags.

ScoutmasterI think I read that because his appeal had not been resolved, his estate can't be hit with lawsuits.

I don't know from Massacheusetts law, but I suspect that what that really means is that any evidence in a tort case would have to stand on its own.

The article says it was a new tattoo that he got in prison while serving time for the 2013 murder of the boyfriend of his fiancee's sister, Odin Lloyd. The most recent trial was for a 2012 double homocide in a different case, and that was supposedly over spilling drinks on him in a bar. Supposedly Lloyd was speaking to people in a bar who knew the victims in the 2012 double homocide, and that set off Hernandez.
