It was a little guy (like spy vs spy in Mad Magazine dressed in Black)
Made into a stencils and painted on side of aircraft when they landed on SAC Base.
Also had a trail of little foot prints behind.
Kinda like Kilroy was here.
Back in those days their were alot of that form of art.
Australia did a kankaroo.
Piramind guess where you were.
Bear Alaska.
Many others.
These were small figures, but you could tell where the Aircraft had been.
Guy in photo definitely was a SAC Trained Killer.

Location: Udorn RTAFB Thailand
Date: 1969
Squadron: 13th Tac Fighter Sq.
What: Two Navy F-4's land and taxi to our revetments. All 4 crew members depart for a debrief. When they returned the next morning, found "panther paws" (remember, 13th TFS had the Black Panther as a mascot) walked from wingtip-to-wingtip, down the backbone and into & out of both intakes.
What Next: One (obvious the one in charge) got pissed -- really pissed -- the other guy got more panther paws than he did.
And then: Assumed the position of PPP -- Panther Paw Painter.
Fini: He's happy and so are the Air Force Crew Chiefs
