I've met the son a bunch of times, he's real good friends with my neighbor who's also a gear head. Met the father a few times as well, and he really knows his business! Both of them are just good people, and from my neighborhood.

That is pretty awesome.

Not sure why other manufacturers didn't take up Branden up on the offer. Tons of free press.

I'm done Mercedes AMG driving academy twice at Laguna Seca. Tons of fun while abusing someone else's gas, tires and brakes.

That is great.

The relationship between father and son was beautiful. I was blessed to have had that with my Dad.

In what seems like a messed up world, this video brought a smile to my face.

Just pure happiness.

Thank you for sharing.

Thanks so much for posting that video. Its always great to be reminded that there are still good, normal, every day, people in this world. And good for Mercedes for doing a very good thing, regardless the PR they can or will get out of this.

Outstanding! Thanks for posting.

Great story. Good on ya Mercedes. The Mercedes tech was top notch, he did a great job introducing the car to Mr. Hickey. It was dusty this morning.

Let me help you out. Which way did you come in?

Very nice, I didn't realize we had a dry lake that big here in OR!

It was the sight of that soft matte green paint job that almost had me tearing up though, love that color. Eek
