So Stone is saying the search warrants were based on false info?

If they were, then the fruit gained from the warrants is inadmissible. Cut and dry.

The problem is that the officers who testified under oath to the court to get the warrants issued won’t be punished.

Am I getting this right?

If the officers knowingly committed perjury they can be charged.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson, who is overseeing Stone’s case, has ordered the Justice Department to give her the unredacted parts of the report relating to Stone for her to review privately while she considers Stone’s request.

you can get the unredacted parts of the report online if she wants the redacted parts i am not sure barr can give it to her i could be wrong

Being a Federal District Court judge I would think that she could just issue a subpoena for the unredacted testimony since it pertains to a current case. I could be wrong but it just makes sense.
