Its been awhile since I listed anything on GB, went to try and list an item, but can't seem to find where the link is to create a listing.... Frown Contacted support they just sent me to the tutorials which again don't tell me where the link is...it must be staring me in the face, but I don't see it.

Look in the upper right part of the page, Buy - Sell - Deals - Video - Help

Just click on the "Sell" link on your GB page.

On the home page it is under the be green search box. You must be logged in to get the next page where you select the item category.

Odd...when I hit the sell button under the green search box (I'm logged in as I can see my user name), it displays an error code and shows this below:

Looking for the Firearms category? It is now called Guns & Firearms.

In order to perform this action you need to have a valid automatic payment method on file.

Add Credit Card

Add Bank Account

Contact Customer Support

I confirmed my account is set up, so must be a page display problem, I can do everything else including buy, but can't seem to sell.

Thanks guys I'll have to try and contact support again & again till I get it corrected.

I did come across this:

The GunBroker.com secure servers have disabled the SSL 3.0 security protocol due to the POODLE vulnerability. As a result, if your browser uses SSL 3.0, you may not be able to connect to GunBroker.com login or other secure pages.

SSL is an old protocol which was replaced by TLS in the 1990’s, but has remained in use in parallel with TLS.

Old browsers:

If you have an older version of a browser which does not support TLS, we recommend you upgrade to a new browser.

New browsers:

Many newer browsers support TLS, but still offer support for SSL. If you have one of these browsers, you should disable support for SSL so your browser will use TLS. Enabling TLS provides better protection when using GunBroker.com and other secure sites.

So now wondering if my browser is not compatible? How would I know what a POODLE vulnerability is??

I tried using Firefox & Google Chrome, same thing (error code).

to the left of my name (top right corner) are several words, one of which is sell,
this is on the my gunbroker page,

when I am looking at an item, the words/buttons/whatevertheyarecalled are on the next line under my name

Thanks lyman, for me both the main page and if looking at an item, the "sell" tab appears below the "Green" search button, but when I click on it the same message appears below:

Looking for the Firearms category? It is now called Guns & Firearms.
Please review the following problem(s):

I will wait for support to get back to me, not much else I can do, didn't see a phone number on the site to call for assistance. Must be something with my browser or account that's hanging things up.

It sounds like you don't have a CC on file. They will not allow you to sell without one as they cannot get their cut without a CC on file.
