Quail Roost Farm (Harry Huebeck) in Ocala had bred a bunch of them 30 yrs ago or more. Meanest little bastards to put feet on the ground! They inherited the worst qualities from both sides of their parentage. They called them Zeedonks (in public) at the farm.

Zonkey has been my new favorite animal this year. I saw some of them up close a few months back and before that I don't recall ever having heard of them.

I can hardly say the word without laughing a little, or saying it like Shrek. Zon-key.
