I'm not a car guy. I care about being able to move from point A to point B in safety and relative comfort. Beyond that, my money goes elsewhere.

However, if I did have unlimited funds, I do believe I'd have to have a custom identical to this one.

The movie "Cobra" with Sylvester Stallone featured a 1950 Murcury. I was 15 the year that movie came out and I wanted that car bad.

If I had money tell ya what I'd do
I'd buy me a Mercury
and cruise it up and down the road

Very nice, looks like they emulated the 39-40 Lincoln Zepher, an Iconic automobile.

Beautiful car. Just something about that era of automobiles.

You know, I feel the same way. Not a car guy at all, but I do enjoy going to the vintage car shows and having a look around. They’re all nice, but what catches my eye is anything made before about 1940. Then I have the sneaking thought “some car guy would think it’s a complete waste on me, but if I won the lottery I never play....”

Not exactly my style, but the workmanship is outstanding! I really enjoy watching the Velocity channel (now MotorTrend), especially Iron Resurrection & Bitchen' Rides, and marvel at what those guys can do with old, run down cars. Of course, it helps to have a blank check and unlimited resources.

We had a 1954 two tone Mercury with those big fender skirts and wide white wall tires. The Chicago winters and all that road salt did some serious damage to the fenders.

Or Cadzilla.

First glance I was thinking Delage or Delahaye, and he mentioned French styling and interior. The door pockets look like safari rifle cases.

Great craftsmanship and design skills so it looks like a car that could have been from that era.
I doubt you'll find many people that can do stuff like that in ten years.
