Should be an interesting 2nd half. Yeah, Alabama is up 21 but Bama better play like it's a new game ... and #74 better get his head in the game.

Watching Saban have a major meltdown culminating in throwing his headset was worth the price of admission. I thought Alabama might get a penalty for that tantrum.

I was hoping OU would be the team to somehow get by Bama and beat Clemson. As a local casual ND fan, I knew they had no chance.

Ohio State should have been in this year and last. They choose the wrong teams.

I believe that both OSU and Georgia did not have perfect seasons. UCF did not get chosen either. Maybe it will be expanded to eight teams in the future.

Saban changed Bama offense out of respect for the sooner offense to try and keep them off the field. Let Tua go and the Bama score goes much higher.

Let's scrap the conference championships, put in all 10 division champs from the power 5 conferences, add in 6 other "at large" teams (e.g. UCF), and have a 16 team play-off. It won't stop the bitching (e.g. there are whiners in March Madness and that is 66 teams), but it would be a heck of a lot less subjective than the current 4 team play-off or an 8 team play-off. They could could use the top 15 bowl games as the venues for the play-off games to keep some of the bowl tradition.

Yeah, from the middle of the 2nd qtr, it was designed to not let the Sooners get the ball back quickly and run down their defense.
