Absolutely, and “Simple Man” is a song I would do that for.

Sometimes, but typically I will just flip it to My Sonos system from my Iphone and continue listening.

I’d have to say I’m honestly surprised at this. Any particular reason?

Oh hell no.

But I will drive the last mile home at 10 mph just to make sure the song’s over when I get there.

Not in a long, long time. I mostly listen to XM and if I miss the end of a song, it will come back in rotation in about an hour and a half.

I have to say I'm also puzzled. If for no other reason, the truck is the only place I sing and sometimes I just have to. Last time playing to finish two days ago, "One Toke Over the Line".

Perhaps Para listens to AM radio.
I listen to AM radio instead of the the same old FM music station with the same playlist from 1982.
When I do listen to music its on my phone so I just get out and walk with the music going.

Yes, if they are going to play a good song, they'll choose to do it when you're in sight of your house.

I listen to music via my saved music on my phone. So, if I don't finish a song, it will be right where I left off next time I turn on the music player.

I never listen to radio to hear music. Once in a while I will listen to a ball game on AM radio. Sometimes, although rarely, I'll listen to the news.

Don't get me wrong, I haven't listened to broadcast radio for years, all the music in the suburban it from usb or phone. Sometimes a song just speaks to me.

To answer your question, yes. I do that often.

My Ram does that. I used to do it often, but generally not anymore. Usually too hot to sit without the air running. I don't bother with the radio, it's all streaming from my phone, so I usually just leave it where it is and and picks up again where I left off the next time I go somewhere, like Jhe does.

All the time. Just as recently as 2 days ago.

Crazy Train by Ozzy.

Some songs are just too good to interrupt.

For me it depends. On the song and where I am. If I've just come home from work I know the dog has been waiting for a pee and a walk. So out of repect I won't take the time for a song to finish. Heck, it's from my collection on my Iphone so it will resume when I get back in the car. If I'm going shopping I'll sit in the car and let a good tune play out.

BTW, I hooked up the bluetooth link to my home audio system and fired up Tails of Topographic Oceans for a listen. The opening was as always excellent but the balance of the album is simply an illustration of what happens when you try to reach beyond your abilities, it's a mishmash. However the dog did find the opening to the Giant's rather fascinating. So maybe he's more tuned into Tails than I am. What is for certain their best album was Fragile.

I've stopped counting.

Absolutely...been there-- done that-- got the t-shirt... What gives me the go go rouge is after listing up coming songs and arrive in garage before song appears... In-a-godda-da-vida (in the garden of eden). Especially the long (17 minute) bathroom break version that gave the station DJ"s a chance to go down the hall to take care of business.................. drill sgt

Back in my youth I would do that, but as I got older I found that I was listening to the radio less and less. It finally got to the point to where I never have my radio on in my vehicle.
