Just because something is legal to do doesn't mean it is the smart thing to do. |
Looking for a simple pulse monitor, probably wrist watch style, to use while hiking, on the tread mill, ect. All I care about is pulse rate, no other do-dads needed or wanted. But I would guess that is asking to much. I bought a watch on Amazon that did all kinds of wonderful things, or so they claimed. I couldn't figure out how to set the time on it! Any suggestions? Integrity is doing the right thing, even when nobody is looking.

I've been using various models of Fitbit. Had good luck over the last few tears. Check them out. They have less expensive models that do heart monitoring. The app is good as well giving you history by the day, week, month. Awake not woke

I have a Garmin watch that I use. It wasn't super cheap as I recall, but it works well. Similar or just like this, but I don't think I paid that. https://www.amazon.com/Garmin-...n%2Caps%2C172&sr=8-8
