You can't make this stuff up...It is completely out of control now.

She was featured in a NYT article a couple weeks ago about women who were so morally outraged about Trump they were going to run for office and change the world.

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/1...trref=www.google.com

<excerpts>

quote:
For Andrea Ramsey, the president of a nonprofit children’s health clinic in Kansas City, Kan., it was in May when her local congressman voted to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

Democrats are the overwhelming beneficiaries of the surge in women’s activism, and even hope it could lead to retaking the House if candidates like Ms. Tran and Ms. Ramsey prevail over incumbent Republicans.

Ms. Ramsey, who oversaw the children’s health clinic after careers as a lawyer and business executive, said she would happily be working there today if Mrs. Clinton had been elected president. But Mr. Trump’s victory emboldened Republicans like Representative Kevin Yoder of Kansas to push to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

“I was not going to abide that vote,” Ms. Ramsey said. “It crystallized my decision to step up and run.”

She has raised nearly $450,000 so far, she said, and will have to win a primary in August to face Mr. Yoder. But the results from Virginia “put some wind beneath our wings,” she said.

“Women are stepping up and winning,” she added, “and I would say that injected a dose of additional enthusiasm into our campaign.”

Andrea Ramsey for Congress

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

The only question now is what to do with the several hundred Hillary Clinton-branded strap-ons that ol' Andrea was planning to give out at her victory party.

They can't just throw them away. These are quality goods- Snap-On strap-ons with the patented quick change dong feature.

Typical leftist. She's still begging for money: http://www.andrearamseyforcongress.com/

Gosh, wouldn't it be funny if she thought that comment would somehow immunize her from fallout over the 2005 incident? You know, like Al Franken being a "champion for women".

Man, what kind of sexual harassment and retaliation did she dish out to make her quit at this point???

Must have been a humdinger... or more.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Not any more. Darn - I was going to give $.01 to create a net loss on the deal.

Here you go:

quote:
In the EEOC complaint, which alleged sex discrimination and retaliation by LabOne, Funkhouser accused Ramsey of subjecting him to “unwelcome and inappropriate sexual comments and innuendos” beginning in September 2004, when he was a LabOne human resources manager.

In late March 2005, Ramsey made sexual advances toward him on a business trip, Funkhouser alleged in the complaint.

“After I told her I was not interested in having a sexual relationship with her, she stopped talking to me,” he wrote. “In the office she completely ignored me and avoided having any contact with me.”

Ramsey even moved him out of his office into a cubicle far from her office, Funkhouser wrote.

Before he rejected her advances, Ramsey “repeatedly told me she heard great things from others about my performance,” Funkhouser wrote. “After I rejected her, she told me she now was hearing bad things about my performance and on June 13, 2005, terminated my employment.”

The EEOC closed its file on Funkhouser’s charges of discrimination and retaliation in October 2005, noting that an investigation was unable to conclude whether any statutes had been violated. The document did not certify that LabOne was in compliance with employment law, however, and informed Funkhouser that he had a right to sue the company.

Funkhouser then sued LabOne in federal court.

Apparently just hearing about it wasn't enough for her.

Can Funkhouser join the #MeToo movement?
