I use Flickr, but I've got 46,000 photos hosted there. It costs me about $50/year and is worth every penny. I used to use some of the free hosting sites for the few photos I wanted to post to web fora, but decided to just use my existing Flickr account instead. I have an album called "Just for Fora" and put pictures to be posted to boards there.
