Also I'm guessing this thing would need to be charged more frequently that we would like. Facial recognition takes at least some power.

Having been a New Product Development Engineer for 32 years the one thing I can tell you is this - First runs (batches) are usually limited to 10-100 units to ensure you have controlled user feedback and can make “adjustments” before proceeding with the full production launch. We have many times conducted several limited (first batch) launches with each reflecting changes based on the previous batch feedback or issues.

With this said I am betting their first batch could be a very very low number of units…Just my opinion….

And no (as others said) - I will not be buying one of these either…..
