I would look for something from the Casio "Waveceptor" line of watches. Solar powered, and "atomic" time setting. Looking at 'Waveceptor' I found this or this on sale at $109 with free shipping. Looks pretty nice to me, I wouldn't mind wearing this myself. I got a G-Shock a few years ago from Amazon & it's taken a lot of abuse. It's solar powered, so it never needs batteries & it connects to a satellite daily to update to the correct time, so you're always within a few milliseconds of the official time.
