Anyone been to one of these shows? With all the covid and New England weather I am going through gunshow withdrawal.Would this be worth the trip from Boston area? SO is on a large mobility scooter. How much is firearms and how much is outdoor stuff? Interested in outdoor activities but not hunting or fishing. Thanks for the feedback.

Here is a list of exhibitors for the 2022 show scheduled for this coming week (Feb. 5-13). https://s15.a2zinc.net/clients...bitors.aspx?ID=4238# Floor plan here - https://s15.a2zinc.net/clients...bitors.aspx?ID=4238# We went to the show with the wifey's family a couple of years ago. Lots of outfitters as I recall. SIG and S&W was there with a booth, but Glock was not. Not sure how many FFLs were there if any, and I'm not even sure if the FFLs were selling guns. I do recall there was a booth there selling 80% P320 frames. Lots of outfitters and hunting gear. Fishing stuff. It's definitely more an outdoor show as compared to a firearms show. I enjoyed it very much when it was in Milwaukee 10-12 years ago. I keep an eye on location & will go again when it works out. It’s not so much a place to buy anything, but look, compare & do research. When I went R. Lee Ermey had a long line looking to say hello. If it was within a few hours of me & I was off, I’d go.

I attended the Harrisburg, PA show back in 2018 and wasn't impressed. Definitely not firearms-centric.

Boston? For a gun show? How out of touch is the NRA these days? Only supporters they have left are in anti-gun cities and states? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "The trouble with our Liberal friends...is not that they're ignorant, it's just that they know so much that isn't so." I am not a fan of the NRA anymore. I would like to support the companies that are there, but I have no interest in actually going.

I went the first handful of years it was in PA. Yes a large fishing section, large outfitters area, large archery area, boats and RV/campers, but the firearms area is probably as large or larger than any of the others floor space wise. No it's not SHOT, but it has a larger scope, pardon the pun. Is it worth the drive? The way I and the people I used to go with looked at it was.. it's February. What else are we doing? Nothing. So why not. We also used to do "the gun shop hop", hitting several local gun shops along the way, usually for reloading supplies, but that might be kind of pointless right now. Sometimes we'd hit Cabela's on the way back, not worth it anymore IMO, but the displays were worth seeing for someone who'd never been.
