Pretty area, we have ridden it many times, great roads, most of the things I would list have been posted, other than the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame in Dawsonville, home of Awesome Bill!

Nice little place to stop and check out some Nascar and other racing things...

We love Amicalola Falls, hiked there often while living in Alpharetta. We have been back a few times since moving back to Texas in 2020.

Tallulah Gorge State Park is about an hour away and has great hiking as well but it is much more difficult.

As far as the summer weather, we lived in San Antonio 25 years before moving to Alpharetta, North of Atlanta. We are North of Dallas now. The summer weather in Central and North Georgia is much better than Central and South Texas.
