It's not my intention to be critical of her. I'm just going to say that I think someone is going to kill her.
She has courage, yes. Courage does not stop you from getting shot or stabbed.
Who they really want to kill is The Donald, but his security should- by now- be so attuned to threats that he will be OK, but Mace has no such protection, and she is the target of these deeply mentally ill "trans" nutjobs. They are the most radical and most violent of all leftist factions in the United States today. There is not one shred of sanity or restraint in these insane agitators. Going to prison or being shot by police- things which deter sane people- are no impediments to these wackos. Mace is playing a dangerous game.
I would say she is tempting fate and playing a dangerous game. I don’t care how much I dislike someone, I don’t stoop to their level.
Someone pisses me off driving, I am not going to flip them off to see how it goes. Why? There is no purpose; not in today’s world. I just want to go home at the end of the day. I will protect myself when needed, but will never have been the one to participate in escalating the situation.

Arguing logic will only make sense to normal folks. I'd suggest that what we are thinking is that however noble her position is, confronting the fragile minds of craziest among us may have unpredictable outcomes.

I agree...
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

I've come to the unfortunate conclusion that Mace can't avoid drama. She will choose drama every time even when it damages her and her cause. Maybe she really does have mental issues. She's my local representative, but I expect her to flame out at some point.
I live in her district in the Low Country. I am not impressed, but there is no alternative, sad to say. After watching her antics, I now believe that all candidates running for Congress should be subject not only to age and term limits, but a psych eval before they can officially become a candidate, let alone a member of Congress. She is alone.

I agree. It is hard to take the moral high ground versus the Dems when a Republican Rep behaves like this. It is beneath the dignity of the office she holds and puts her down on the level of the Left.
For me personally, her public proclamations of being a Christian are trashed with these antics. I am sure the Left works her regularly to get this kind of reaction, they are masters at it. But she has to rise above it. Her office requires it. On this day, the Left beat her. They got what they wanted.
She showed up at a prayer breakfast and proceeded to brag to the crowd about having gotten out of bed with her boyfriend (not husband) to get to the breakfast.

I live in SC. I won't be voting for her, but I really don't want to vote for Alan Wilson (AG, her primary opponent) either.
First, I agree, she is tempting fate. I supervise correctional deputies and I occasionally have to point out to some of them who behave in similar fashion that they are on a collision course for an assault. It is very similar.
Regarding Ms. Mace in general, I don't trust her. Her opinions and stances seem to have shifted relatively quickly and it seems to me there is a good chance she is just trying to ride a political and cultural wave as opposed to standing up for sincerely held beliefs...
Like I just posted in another thread, I am in "wait and see" mode. If I was in her district I'd be paying far more attention than I currently am.
