Three Generations of Service |
Went up today to have my hearing aid presets tweaked a bit (left/right balance) after having a weather abort on my Wednesday appointment. In early, asked me a couple of questions, bada-bing bada-boom, presets tweaked and checked and out in 15 minutes. Every time I've been there, I've been seriously impressed by the bright, cheerful surroundings, efficient and pleasant check in process and thoroughness, professionalism and friendly manner of the doctors and specialists. And being a grumpy old fart by nature, that's saying something. Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent. | ||

Good to hear. Most of the problems with the VA are with management, not with staff. Let them know, they don't get many pats on the back. | |||
