I'm 50 and have given my kids my Legos including sets from 1974, the police station and the gravel works as well as two expert builders sets, the 1977 956 car and the 1979 857 motorcycle. The motor cycle was probably my last set as I got into BMX. When my oldest son turned 8, 4 years ago, I gave him my 1980 Mongoose Supergoose.

I also volunteer for the Lego Club at my kid's school as well as the middle school Robotics Club. Ya, I'm a nerd.
