Wife and kids are in VA with family. I just got off shift, it’s my Friday and I got 4.5 days off before going back to mids. 20oz porterhouse is calling our name.

I also got a package from Primary Arms today. I’ll post those pics after I finish dinner and unwinding.

Quite the snout boop there.

She doesn’t understand why we have to wait for the meat to hit room temp.

Nice!

I wish my house were that quiet. My girl, daughter, invited 20 of her closest friends over for her 16th birthday. They are loud and we are heading towards hour 6.

Careful. She looks like the type that’ll lull you into a false sense of security, and poof, your steaks all gone!

H2oys,

Ask me why the meat (and all edible items that find themselves on the counter) are pushed to the middle.

No steak or solitude here tonight. My wife was at a church thing when I got off work, but the kids were home and they were hungry, so they'd already started making dinner. My son cooked Schwarma chicken which was pretty good. My daughter made rice that even the dog wouldn't eat, lol. Sometimes it pays to be diabetic and on a keto diet...no rice for me Big Grin!

After supper I took the Moose on a walk and it started raining on us about halfway back. Now we're home and he's all tuckered out!
