Chicken in a Biskit is the end all for crackers. They can handle all dips imaginal and are even good stand alone. Ritz are a close second.

Are Chicken in a Biskit crackers loose in the box?
Or are they in sleeves, like Ritz and Keebler Townhouse crackers?
Serious about crackers. January 18, 2021, 11:46 AM
jhe888Plain Triscuits are the best cracker. Texture, flavor, neatness - all are superior. Other crackers are good, but none are better.
I eat some kind of cheese on Triscuits for breakfast three or four days out of the week.

sigalertTriscuit. Sharp cheddar. Dash of hot sauce. Perfect.
The closest I get to a flavor is “hint of salt”.

flashguyI don't buy specialist crackers. For soups and stews I prefer regular saltines or oyster crackers. I do eat saltines with peanut butter, and occasionally with yellow mustard (with or without bologna).
I have liked Ritz crackers, but the last ones I bought were thinner and not as bumpy and I didn't care for them.

feersum dreadnaughtthe electric biscuit, thanks to Niagara Falls.
I prefer mine with some form of blue cheese. Add some Virginia ham and the angels start to sing.

Loose in a box. I eat them with smoked salmon and smoked oysters. YUM.

AllenInARI like Triscuits with cheese or deli meat (salami, etc.).
Straight out of the box? Chicken in a Biskit, hands down. Townhouse (I think) has some sort of hard, dense cracker in a "Tuscan cheese" flavor I like pretty well too, but CiaB is the bomb.

bobandmikakoI like all of the crackers mentioned in this thread, but Chicken in a Biskit are my favorite. We don't buy a lot of crackers, but whenever we get a box of Chicken in a Bisket, they disappear fast.

The Holy Spoon size Shredded Wheat with bran is a relaxed version of the obsessive over achiever of Triscuit.

HayesGreenerAdd a little pesto and cream cheese on top, pour some olive oil on a plate and set the Triscuit in it for a minute. Habit forming.

Oat_Action_ManHad never thought of classifying my crackers by their structural integrity, but I will have to agree that the Triscuit is champ in this regards.
Certain varieties of Wasa rye crackers come close as well as Trader Joes seed filled crackers, but those always break on the initial dip, but afterwards hold their integrity.
