I have a solution for you if you are interested. i have a CD player that a fellow forum member gave me years ago. it has RCA out and that's how i used it previously until we got the flat screen and smart bluray. I will pass on the CD player to you as we no longer need it. It's yours for the asking, I'll box it up and ship it to you if you email me your mailing info
