So the house I bought has a Tesla system. The Neo Gateway has been temperamental about staying connected. Sometime it’ll connect, sometimes it’s no signal, sometimes it’s no server. Router and gateway are about 25 feet from inverter. It does produce a lot of solar power. I average about three times more than I use, when I can monitor it. Tesla is sending out a tech week after next. I was just wondering if anyone else was having issues with theirs. Side note, Tesla’s customer care and tech support are the most educated, informative, helpful people in support I have ever met. They have answers, or direct you to the answer. If no answer is available, a tech is dispatched. They are knowledgeable, and most if all, polite. I give both their customer care and tech support teams a huge thumbs up. The “lol” thread

Wow, Beancooker. I’m glad you had that experience with Tesla Solar CS. So far I haven’t had that. We bought a house in AZ with a Tesla/Solar City leased system. We are trying to get the tenant to hook up the monitoring system. Given your experience, I will try harder to get things up and running properly. I contrast the Tesla experience with the recent solar installation we had done at our house in San Diego. We bought—wouldn’t have a lease except for buying into one—and have had super customer service. _________________________ “Remember, remember the fifth of November!"
