So yesterday morning I needed to move wife's car to take out the garbage cans. I could not find my FOB to start it up, dang I hate that. Looked around a bit and not luck so I user hers.

A little later I checked the usual places and could not find it. I figured it was time to deep search the sofas in the family room so I removed cushions and yuck. Got the Dust Buster out to clean and did the seep search in the crevices. Found lots of dust, Tootsie Roll Pop sticks, napkins, and then I found my missing Swiss Army Knife. Smile I almost forgot that thing and must have been missing near a decade now. Still could not find the Honda FOB though, grrrrr. I then decided to check under the one sofa again closer and there it was just behind the skirt at the far right side - victory was mine and a bonus. Big Grin So all ended well.

Cleaned up my Swiss Army knife with some CLP and it is good to go again. I think it is an Officer model. Has a couple knives, a scissors, a saw blade, and a few other blades for prying and as a flat head screw driver. Always good to have an extra Swiss Army knife around.

Those little FOB's are expensive too! Grumpy, did you get 2 FOB's from the dealer when you purchased the Honda?

Yeah we did and I know they are not cheap and am very glad I found it! I like the way they can be programmed to adjust the drivers side seat before you even get into the 2014 Accord. I leave the seat all the way back and dear wife has it all the way up.

BTW I believe you have or had the same car 2014 Accord EX-L V6? After over 4 years ownership we just love it and it is a blast to drive with the V6 engine. Big Grin

I am pretty sure it is the climber model from what I can tell after a little investigation. I just hound the hook and pick on the bottom side LOL.

I luckily, hardly ever lose a pocket knife. As a direct result, I have a sack full of knives, similar to my proverbial box of holsters. Eek

Grumpy, I purchased mine straight off the truck as it was their last delivery of the 2013's. The lots were filling up with the 2014's and I wanted a white V6 with Nav. I wanted to drive one home that day and no waiting so I was offered a great deal. I had mine since Sept 2013 and don't hardly drive so much. The V6 runs great though, garaged pretty much all the time and still looks new with only 5,365 miles. It's my first Honda and couldn't be happier. Love to someday take a long trip with it.

I've loaded almost 16hrs of music on my iPhone and the bluetooth connection is great. In fact, if I start my car with the phone in my bedroom it connects via bluetooth perfectly and holds the signal until out of my garage and onto the driveway before I loose the signal. Honda has some very good tech I'll say that much!

Regards, Will G.

Awesome. Smile My wife has about 50K on ours. We went to Wisconsin to visit a friend last summer and got 37 MPG on the highway. Never tried the BT for music though and will have to give that a try but have many many hours of my music on one of those mini USB sticks.
