stickman428Chase Bank Cancels General Mike Flynn's Credit Cards
I do wonder if a rogue employee did this or if it was something one of the idiot higher ups decided to do? I suppose if it was a rogue move by a lower level employee they would just throw such a person under the buss so that seems like the less likely scenario.
I wonder if pushback caused them to rethink their hypocritical and ironic original move? A disagreement among the worthless higher up management? Glad they could take themselves away from the burdensome task of coming up with new corporate buzzwords to have a moment of clarity.

Well, now you know. When you pull a stunt like this, the admin shows up.

Perhaps your standards are too high for this forum. Around here, we're just run-of-the-mill human beings.

Flash-LBAnd it appears that the thread is false, based on this:
https://www.snopes.com/fact-ch...cancel-credit-cards/This is a genuine letter sent from Chase to a member of the Flynn family. The first name on this letter has been redacted so we can’t say with certainty that this letter was addressed to Gen. Flynn. A spokesperson for Chase confirmed to us that this letter was real, but added that it was sent by mistake and that this person’s credit cards would not actually be closed.
A spokesperson for Chase told us: “We’ve contacted our customer to let her know that we made an error and we apologized for any inconvenience this caused.”
The Chase spokesperson’s use of the pronoun “her” leads us to believe that this letter may not have been sent to Flynn himself, but to another member of his family. The spokesperson did not elaborate.

Snopes? Sorry, but if snopes says it's false- excuse me- "mixed"

then it's not false or "mixed".
Snopes was long ago proven completely unreliable, run by typically dishonest leftists; in other words, they're shameless liars, never uttering the truth if it doesn't jibe with their beliefs. Anytime Snopes thinks their lefty cause is being threatened by a story, they fall all over themselves to discredit that story.
I will say that Snopes is more honest than North Korea's propaganda bureau. I'll give them that much.

The story may be false, but citing Snopes isn't going to make the case. Not around here, anyway.
Snopes
was, once-upon-a-time, reliable. That ship sailed long ago. They got caught too many times varnishing the truth. Now they no longer have credibility.

Okay, how about the Daily Mail?
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/ne...cancelling-card.html'They need to deal with their own reputation instead of persecuting my family and I. I guess my America First political views don't align withy ours. Your loss.'
The bank said on Tuesday that it was his wife, Lori, who had the account and that the letter was sent in error.
A Chase spokesman would not comment on what caused the 'mistake', but said: 'We’ve contacted our customer to let her know that we made an error and we apologized for any inconvenience this caused.'

trapper189OK then, it was Flynn’s wife, but otherwise the story is true. Chase admitted it.
I don’t know about the Flynns, but I have cards my wife is on and she has cards I’m on. We consider them our cards.
