12GAI don't expect a quarter of a percent increase from 3.75% to 4.00% is going to have much of an impact on brick & mortar bank rates but Capital One Bank is advertising a 11 month CD rate of 4.30% for a limited time

Yes, there are a number of online banks offering up to 4%, with some even offering a little over 4% for promo periods or with certain other criteria.
These include Accordia Bank, CIT Bank, Western State Bank, Axos Bank, Vio Bank, Valley Direct, and more.
I've used Bask Bank for years, which is an online bank spinoff of Texas Capital Bank. Their rates tend to change within a month or so of the Fed rate changing, either way. I'm currently getting 3.75%, so if Fed rates do go up I expect mine will as well, and will likely be at or just under 4%.

Appliance BradI'm sure I'll be called Debbie Downer but that as well as $5.00 gas does not bode well for the mid terms. Mortgage rates are expected to jump back to 7% (yea I know, when I bought my first house they were 12% If you could get one).

I would call you a realist. A big FU to the party that did ZERO to support their own president. but tht's another subject/thread.
