There may be others with direct experience wandering inside various DC buildings, but here is my two cents worth on where.

That does not look like the Pentagon, unless it is deep inside the SECDEF Corridor (I've peered in but never walked down the corridor). I can't recall ever seeing that ornate an elevator door in my decades of stomping about Puzzle Palace Central.

That looks like it happened in either the Capitol or the Old Executive Office Building. Duty in either locale would explain the dress uniforms. I'm inclined to say the Capitol, based in the doors and the ornate elevators, and the fact the ceilings are low as the OEOB is a 19th century building with really high (10 foot or more) ceilings.

If it happened in the Capitol or one of the related buildings (e.g., the Russell Senate Building), then the arresting officers are US Capitol Police.

It would also explain the presence of cameras.

I hope it was worth it.

I spotted the arm patch on one of the LEO and it is US Capitol Police, so we now know where it happened.

Based on the article above, they are former Army officers, who probably wore their uniforms to help them get in the hearing - subterfuge.

I was in from 83 to 91 and never had anyone voice such bullshit. They would have been stomped.
