^^ C'mon man, this stuff takes time...Ducks in a row and all that shit! 25 arrests, 30 NEW Indictments on top of the previous 9 Indictments thus far if my read of the info from DOJ is correct, this only happened last month...The wheels of justice turn SLOWLY, and this is nothing new. Unless you want vigilante justice, we need to be patient. Shit IS happening, and we need to let it play out.

So we've now moved the goal post from, "They'll never be charged..." to "They'll never go to jail..."?

Mark Kelly

After all the noise what happened?

Nothing. A slap on the wrist, a wink and a nod.

They won’t go after their own because they’re likely to be next if the administration changes.

Fanny Willis. Why is she still walking the streets.

Boasberg and others? Way outside their swim lanes yet they continue to obstruct with impunity.

I think the bottom line is that there is no rule of law any more, which is why there is fear of reprisal when the dems regain power. There is no belief that juries or judges are impartial. There is no evidence the press is interested in truth. Half the country supports whatever means are needed to defeat conservatives, including assassination.

In reply to NHTAG and Fly-Sig; Mark Kelly was never going to go to jail, and he was neve going to be court martialed, and he was never going to be reduced in rank.

He said something that was absolutely true. He and his like pricks, basically quoted the UCMJ with respect to illegal orders. I used to teach order compliance as a JAG Officer in the Army, and said essentially the same thing to troops in training. "You are not required to follow illegal orders."

Now, we all know why they did it. They did it to put pressure on the President through the press. They were not promoting insurrection. Consider trying to prove that beyond a reasonable doubt.

As for Kelly himself, yes, he is still subject to the UCMJ, and SecWar has significant personal authority there, but with all actions, SecWar must follow the law, and the law, and proving the conduct of Kelly under the law, is not easy.

This was only ever a shot across the bow of these pricks in congress. It was a way of telling them that the Admin is watching.

Look at it this way; do you really want the next Dem administration going after retired officers involved in launching drone strikes against cartel drug boats?

It was clear that Kelly et al were saying one thing while meaning another, done in a way to avoid prosecution. There may have been a criminal conspiracy behind the scenes but unless someone testifies, their public statement is not itself criminal. The seditious six were clearly trying to put fear into active military of future prosecution for lawful actions. There is no other explanation. It's the equivalent of "It'd be a shame if something bad happened to your family". They were trying to undermine Trump's policies.

My earlier comment wasn't intended to say that I thought he could be prosecuted though it read that way. You made my point about how the left is using politically motivated lawfare, and the threat of it, to influence current legitimate actions under a Republican administration, and to protect themselves from legitimate criminal prosecutions. No officer should fear future prosecution for the cartel strikes, if there is rule of law. Kelly was making it clear that there isn't rule of law, just rule of leftist persecution.

^^^ You are absolutely correct. I don't disagree. But if I were the prosecutor assigned to this one, I'd be pissed because its's a sure loser.

The local city attorney has dropped all charges against the participants - says there is insufficient evidence to prosecute - although says that this type of event shouldn't occur again.

If 39 people walked into the city attorney’s office unannounced and uninvited, I’d bet she’d want to prosecute then.

Forgot to add earlier - this is only local charges. Federal charges are separate - we'll see what happens.
