...and then some.

I had to look twice to be sure this kid was actually playing. This is from 5 years ago. Looks like he's made at least one album since then.

I can't find any fault with this at all. Quite impressive. Turn it up.

All that talent, while chewing gum at the same time!

Tina S. plays the same way, and chews gum while at it as well.

That is good stuff right there. That kid has some mad skills on the guitar. While I was watching I couldn't help but think that if I had skills like that in my teens I would have focused them toward one thing, and one thing only.....Girls, lots and lots of girls. Hopefully this kid is able to make the most out of his amazing talent.

What's cool about that is I can play the guitar, but that kid can PLAY the guitar.

There is a major difference. Wow, thanks for sharing this one, Para.

I would say he is already a journeyman.
Some have it for the guitar and some of us do not.
I was in a band in 1967, but never got to that level.

Fantastic playing! Robin's proud I'm sure and Jimi would be too.

I heard that Jimi Hendrix chewed gum to keep time while playing.

Frankly, I was expecting some comments about this:

by David Casteel, on Flickr

Never heard of the album or the artist. (And why can't I respond to this thread the normal way? There is some big photo of Jess Greenberg that covers the whole bottom of the thread and won't go away. I had to reply to a quote and delete it all to make a response.)

He is a great guitarist. The first video, however, reminds me of 1970's hairstyles, such as JD Crowe and the new South (Tony Rice, Ricky Skaggs, Gerry Douglas, and others):

Believe I saw Trower with Humble Pie in San Antonio in Dec '73. I say believe because I didn't quite catch the name at first as he was the opening act and it was Humble Pie we'd come to see. Only thing I remember for sure is that he this guitarist on stage was absolutely amazing! I don't remember much of the Humble Pie act but still recall the opening guitarist after all these years. I've done some searches online and came across some ticket stubs for Humble Pie and Trower together at the time I was in San Antonio, so there.....I've seen Trower live.
